week eleven: the final post :)

Someone once told me that to write well, you must write what you know. Okay I am lieing, no one actually told me that, I heard that line in a movie once and I really liked it. I feel that for a long time I have been trying to write in a way that I sound fancy and complicated, which impeded me from clearly expressing my point across. In this last blog I have decided to take the time to thank Professor Dean for teaching me to write simpler yet smarter. Many of my papers had comments asking, “can you please clarify this?” and that I when I realized at times I was trying to sound too professional. Slowly but surely, I am getting acquainted with clarity in my writing as well as with “fanboys”. So from now on I will explore the uknown with the concept I know and mix them together to embrace my own unique writing style. I believe it is that voice I gained is the most important thing I gained from writing two. Thanks again Professor Dean.

p.s. thank you for knowing what kind of professor you want to be, you will understand when you see this clip from my favorite show How I Met Your Mother...
